• Free Shipping on Orders of ₹999 or Above: Customers placing an order with a total eligible product value of ₹999 or more will receive free shipping within India.
• Orders Below ₹999: Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
• Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package weight and shipping method.
• Combined shipping may be available for multiple products purchased together.
• Free shipping is applicable to eligible domestic orders only.
3. Delivery Timeline
• Estimated delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier service.
• Domestic orders within India generally take approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.
• Deliveries to remote locations may take additional time.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Coins, banknotes, stamps and other collectibles are packed with appropriate protective materials.

• We take reasonable care to ensure that products are securely packed before dispatch.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
HPO Collection will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If an address correction is required, customers should contact us immediately before dispatch.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Shipments
Delivery delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order arrives with damaged packaging or damaged products, customers are requested to:
• Take photographs of the package and the damaged product.
• Retain the original packaging wherever possible.
• Contact HPO Collection within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide the order number and supporting photographs.
We will review the complaint and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. International Shipping
International shipping, where offered, will be subject to applicable shipping availability and legal requirements.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated.
Certain collectible coins, banknotes, stamps and other items may be subject to import or export restrictions. Orders will be accepted only where shipment is legally permitted.
