1 . Order Cancellation by Customers
- Customers can request cancellation of their orders before the order has been dispatched.

- Customers should provide their order number and registered contact details when requesting cancellation.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may refer to our 7-Day Return Policy for eligible returns.
2 . Cancellation by HPO Collection
HPO Collection reserves the right to cancel an order under circumstances such as:
- The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock.
- Incorrect product pricing or listing information.
- Payment verification or transaction issues.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Inability to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an order is cancelled by HPO Collection after payment has been received, the amount paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded.
3 . Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- For eligible cancellations made before dispatch, a full refund of the amount paid will be initiated.
- Refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will normally be credited through the original payment method.
- The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment gateway.
4 . Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, customers may not be able to cancel it.
However, customers can request a return under our 7-Day Return Policy, subject to the applicable return conditions.
