1 . 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery of their order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging and accessories, wherever applicable, should be included.
• The product must not have been altered, damaged or modified after delivery.
• Customers must obtain return approval from HPO Collection before sending the product back.
2 . Products Eligible for Return
Returns may be accepted for:
• Products that are damaged during transit.
• Incorrect products received.
• Products materially different from their website descriptions.
• Products with significant undisclosed defects or condition issues.
• Other eligible returns requested within the 7-day return period, subject to the conditions of this policy.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted for:
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
• Products that have been altered, cleaned or modified after delivery.
• Normal ageing, toning, folds, marks or imperfections already disclosed in the product description or photographs.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Requests submitted after the 7-day return period, except where required by applicable law.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must email us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please provide:
• Order number.
• Product details.
• Reason for return.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable.
Our team will review the request and provide return instructions. Please do not dispatch any product before receiving return approval.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account depends on the bank or payment gateway.
• If a replacement is preferred, it may be arranged subject to product availability and customer agreement.
6. Return Shipping Charges
• For damaged, incorrect or materially misrepresented products, reasonable return shipping costs will be borne by HPO Collection.
• For other approved returns, applicable return shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before the return is arranged.
7. Order Cancellation
• Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• If HPO Collection cancels an order due to unavailability or another legitimate reason, any amount paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded.
8. Damaged or Missing Orders
Customers are encouraged to inspect their packages upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or an order is incomplete, please contact us with photographs and order details so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
9. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or if a duplicate payment is made, please contact us with the transaction reference. Verified excess payments will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel.
